Shore hosted an informative seminar titled "How Education Works," bringing together educational thought leaders to guide parents and carers through the fundamental aspects of the New South Wales (NSW) schooling journey. The event, aimed at explaining the key pillars of learning in the pre-school and early primary years, highlighted the critical foundational principles essential for educational success.
Families attending the seminar gained comprehensive insights into the NSW education system, including its structure, success metrics, and how these contribute to student development.
The expert speaker panel included Dr John Collier, Headmaster of Shore, Ms Natasha Mitchell, Head of the Preparatory School, and Mrs Wendy Abernethy, Head of the Northbridge Campus. Each leader shared their expertise, emphasising the importance of a strong educational foundation during the early years.
