Shore has submitted applications to the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (the Department) to modify previous State Significant Development approvals. The modification applications propose staging changes in students / staff numbers and car parking on the Shore North Sydney Campus. The changes are proposed across a number of years. There are no plans to redevelop Graythwaite or other Heritage buildings. This proposal reflects Shore's dedication to providing exceptional educational opportunities to more families while carefully considering the traffic, parking, heritage, landscape, amenity and infrastructure impacts for the local community. The applications will be exhibited and assessed by the Department. Shore remains committed to open and constructive dialogue with all stakeholders throughout the process.
